Our church has joined with churches all around the world in evangelistic outreach to millions of children who have never heard the gospel preached.  Each year we fill shoeboxes with gifts of toys, school supplies and personal items.  These boxes then get shipped to churches that distribute them to children who are invited to attend a 12- week series of presentations of the gospel.  This outreach is structured to that even their families are exposed to the Good News.  ALL BECAUSE OF A LITTLE SHOEBOX!

Pastor Appreciation Month 

Pastor Appreciation Month is the entire month of October, designated to honor and give thanks to Pastor Pat Latta and Pastor Larry Dubose for their spiritual, emotional, and practical guidance and service to their communities. Pastor Appreciation Day, a focal point of the month, is celebrated on the second Sunday of October. The month-long observance was promoted by Focus on the Family to provide a dedicated time for churches to express their gratitude for their clergy's efforts. We at Ancient City Baptist Church are very proud and appreciative to have them as our pastors.

Thank you, to Besty Beckham at First Coast Women's Services for bringing a surprise box of Parlor doughnuts to our ACBC Pastors and Office Staff.

St. Augustine Kid's Day Event 2025

Saint Augustine Kids Day this past Saturday was a great success! Thanks to all who brought in candy, helped set up and take down, and helped with the games and making wordless bracelets. You all were awesome!
