CARE

Community for Authentic Relationships and Encouragement

We have a newly organized ministry opportunity for the women of our church. All women (ages 15 and older) are invited to attend the kick-off meeting of CARE,

Community for Authentic Relationships and Encouragement.

The Purpose of CARE is to form a community for women, centered on God's Word, to build authentic relationships of encouragement.

Pray for this new and exciting ministry.

Many Thanks to the ladies who joined us on Saturday May 16th, for a beautiful kickoff to the new women's ministry! Special thanks to Ruth Mull and Jennifer Husk for sharing the Christian testimonies and inspiring us in our own walks.

The Ministry of Music

Sanctuary Choir

THE GIFT OF MUSIC AT ANCIENT CITY BAPTIST…

The Ministry of Music plays an active role in the worship experience at ACBC. There are a wide variety of

musical styles and arrangements blended into the worship services throughout the church year.

The Sanctuary Choir leads worship and provides music on a weekly basis at the morning worship service. This choir

sings a wide variety of musical styles and lead in the worship service through the congregational

hymn singing and prepared anthems.

The Sanctuary Choir also prepares both an Easter and Christmas cantata each year.

There are a number of ensembles, soloists, and guest musicians who also lead in the worship experience at Ancient City.

On any given Sunday there might be a solo, small ensemble or guest vocalist

who uses their given talent to exalt the Lord through the gift of music.

The Ministry of Music participates in the community by visiting area nursing homes,

rehabilitation centers, and retirement/assisted living facilities.
